TeniMyu
The first run of Musical Tennis no Oujisama, or "TeniMyu", was back in 2003. Since then, productions have been working their way through the story, each "season" dealing with a school arc.
The musicals finally reached Hyoutei in the summer of 2005, with The Imperial Match. The production had a reprise in the winter of 2005-2006. Kamakari Kenta plays the role of Shishido both of these productions, and also in Dream Live 3rd; he'll reprise the role in the upcoming Advancement Match Rokkaku feat. Hyotei Gakuen.
Although his role is not as prominent as in the anime or manga (meaning he doesn't get his own song), we still get to see Shishido cut off his hair as he pleads with Sakaki to let him back on the team; obviously we're also treated to Doubles 1, in which he and Ohtori face Inui and Kaidoh. In addition, he gets to catch Atobe's jacket when he throws it off before his match, and also gets to be a back-up dancer during Ore-sama No Bigi Ni Boogie Woogie.
